The impetus for the new website was compliance with new state regulations requiring all condiminium associations to have a website accessible through the internet with a password-protected portal which will provide storage for association documents. However, our website will also showcase the beauty of Bayside Villas as well as share information about the friendliness of our community and information about upcoming events.

The committee tasked with creating and updating the website meets weekly in the clubhouse as the website is built and fine-tuned. The website must be compliant with state requirements by January 1, 2026. Members of the Bayside Communications Committee include: Kate Matthews (A-1), Dale Coddington (B-1), Toni Courtier (B-2), Erin Ferguson (C-4), & Diane Reitz (C-5). Bayside Board Secretary Braketta Ritzenthaler has been tasked with sharing association documents for posting inside the private portal.

Members who wish to share photos or event info should forward them to one of the committee members.
