Clubhouse Deck Replacement is underway!
What this means:
-Additional vehicles and equipment moving around in the complex
-Demo dumpsters located in parking lot
-Large amounts of materials being onsite.
-There will be phases where the clubhouse / pool / dock will not be accessible. (The contractor is going to attempt to limit this as much as possible but there will be days when due to safety they cannot be accessed.)
-There will be a phase when the electricity is cut off to the clubhouse and pool for upgrades to occur
What can you do:
-Be patient
-If the vehicles, equipment or supplies are in a area that affects you, you might consider parking on the outside parking area
-Be careful when moving around due to equipment, materials and safety issues
